We charge a standard fee to the assessor of £30.00 ex vat. per survey under £1,000.00, £50.00 ex vat. for surveys over £1,000.00. Fees only applied on successful acceptance of your quotation from our client.

EPC-survey's unique rating system allows you to maximise your opportunities. You have the option to display your ability of delivery based on previous successful assessments. EPC-survey offer you the platform to deliver quotations as per your level of qualification. Only professionally accredited assessors will be registered. We operate a pro-active marketing service on your behalf. We aim to build active long term relations with clients.
