Our Portfolio Service is designed for individual clients who hold multiple properties,
requiring a single company to manage energy and sustainable assessments.
With a bespoke FREE of CHARGE service EPC-Survey contact on your behalf all our registered
companies suitable to complete your specific scale of requirements. We guarantee optimum savings of
both your time and budget.
The successful EPC or DEC provider will be charged fees of £30.00 or £50.00 per survey; there
are no additional margins or mark-ups added.
