• Login or create an account to access the client area and select either 'Get a quote' or 'Portfolio quote'.
• Fill out the online form completely, and fully, this will allow the surveyor to quote accurately and promptly.
• Our system will contact all correctly qualified assessors, and invite them to quote on the survey.
• You will receive an email/notification within 3 days with the best 5 quotes filtered by price. You can also choose to search on availability or the surveyor's experience/feedback rating. The quote will include whether the assessor is available on the date requested, or will provide an alternative date.
• Select the price, rating or availability you prefer.
• Read and accept the assessor's terms and conditions.
• Once you accept the quote the assessor will attend and send the report and the invoice to you directly.
• The assessors on our website agree to work towards a 20 day turn around for your report.
• We then invite you to rate the service you received from the assessor.
